Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative I to provide customer service regarding retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist customers with retirement plan inquiries
• Provide detailed information on retirement products, eligibility, and transactions
• Utilize various computer and telecommunication systems to communicate effectively with customers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in a contact center environment
• Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses are mandatory
• Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Understanding of IRS rules and regulations regarding retirement plans
• Demonstrated professional demeanor in communication via phone and email
