FINRA Licensed Head of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance to lead all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for the organization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee financial reporting
• Implement scalable finance systems and drive cost discipline across business lines

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations within a broker-dealer, fintech, or digital assets
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role with proven success in scaling operations
• Requisite FINRA licensing (S7, S24, S27, S99 at a minimum)
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance operations, and risk management
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones and jurisdictions
