Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Investor Services Advisor Associate, responsible for handling escalated calls and coaching associates in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex escalated calls and ensure timely, accurate resolutions
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to associates on service quality and wealth management conversations
• Complete supervisory reviews and perform fraud verification for distributions exceeding policy thresholds

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services
• 5 years of wealth management experience
• Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval
• FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations required
• Demonstrated ability to handle client escalated issues effectively
