FINRA Licensed Life Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life & Retirement Advocate II to support annuity operations and ensure a compliant experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review applications to ensure all requirements are received In Good Order and identify discrepancies
• Communicate with the field sales team to obtain required information and support operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of college preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry
• FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required
• Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed
