Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist- Transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert across member support channels, providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries
- Utilize financial expertise to assist members in understanding the company's products and services
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to resolve complex member issues and advocate for product improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in financial services
- Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 and 63, or Series 7 and 66
- Experience in a client-facing role in ACATs, Transfers, IRAs, or Fraud/Risk is a plus
- Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
