FINRA Licensed Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager II (F) to oversee and manage operations within its Investment Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operations strategy, managing multiple functions and teams
• Achieve business results by resolving complex process exceptions and driving customer interactions
• Provide coaching and development to team members while overseeing risk management and quality control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience, with 2 years in a managerial role preferred
• FINRA Series 99 license required within 120 days of hire; Series 6, 7, 24, or 27 may be accepted
• Experience in operations or production environments
• Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
