Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premier Service Associate to support clients with their investment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
  • Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations
  • Deliver an efficient client experience by providing accurate information and initiating proactive follow-up
Required Qualifications
  • Active FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required, along with FINRA fingerprinting
  • 2+ years of financial customer service experience
  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of operational and investment needs of customers
  • Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations necessary
