Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premier Service Associate to support clients with their investment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
- Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations
- Deliver an efficient client experience by providing accurate information and initiating proactive follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required, along with FINRA fingerprinting
- 2+ years of financial customer service experience
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Strong understanding of operational and investment needs of customers
- Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations necessary
