Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premier Service Associate to support clients with their investment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
• Engage customers in Investment Recommendation Conversations and deliver a responsive client experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transaction requirements and identify leads for the Retirement Advisor Team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience
• Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required within corporate established timelines
• FINRA fingerprinting is necessary
