FINRA Licensed Premier Service Associate

Job Summary

Supporting existing clients with their investment needs, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Premier Service Associate will handle operational inquiries related to trading, account management, and asset consolidation while engaging customers in investment conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
• Deliver an efficient client experience by providing accurate information and proactive follow-up
• Uncover leads and opportunities for the Retirement Advisor Team to drive new business

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience
• Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required within established timelines
• Strong understanding of brokerage transaction and regulatory requirements
