Job Summary
Supporting existing clients with their investment needs, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Premier Service Associate will manage inbound calls regarding trading, account inquiries, and asset movement while engaging in investment recommendation conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
- Deliver an efficient and responsive client experience by taking ownership and providing accurate information
- Uncover leads and opportunities to hand off to the Retirement Advisor Team for new business development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of financial customer service experience
- Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required
- Strong customer service background with an understanding of diverse operational and investment needs
