Job Summary
To support the growth of institutional capital relationships, the full-time FINRA Licensed Principal will manage strategic partnerships with non-bank institutional investors, focusing on the origination and development of programmatic capital solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with various institutional investors, driving origination and shaping opportunities
- Serve as the primary commercial relationship contact, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the investment lifecycle
- Support the commercial development of multi-product capital solutions and contribute to the growth of the Strategic Institutional Capital group
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in principal investing, investment banking, or related capital markets disciplines
- Strong relationships with equity and debt investors, particularly in renewable energy and infrastructure finance
- Expertise in structuring and presenting investment opportunities aligned with investor profiles
- FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63 required or willingness to obtain under the company's broker-dealer sponsorship
