Job Summary
Driving critical initiatives to enhance product offerings, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Product Management Director will collaborate with Workplace Solutions and Personal Wealth leaders to establish product strategy and execution, while mentoring team members and enhancing customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Actively drive the customer experience by transforming strategy into execution
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for tools servicing the assigned customer group
- Establish KPIs and measure results to ensure expected business outcomes for product initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in general business, finance, accounting, or similar
- 10+ years of relevant business experience, particularly with financial service providers
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization
- Demonstrated leadership as a senior product leader
- FINRA fingerprinting required
