FINRA Licensed Research Publishing Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the production, review, supervision, and distribution of equity research, the full-time FINRA Licensed Research Publishing Director will ensure high-quality content that aligns with regulatory requirements and internal standards while managing a high-performing publishing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full research publishing lifecycle, including editorial review and distribution timelines
• Oversee the editing, approval, and publication of company reports and client-facing materials
• Maintain adherence to FINRA regulations and manage publishing systems and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Research Publishing, preferably in Equity
• Proven experience leading publishing operations and supervisory review processes
• Strong understanding of research publishing workflows and regulatory requirements
• BA/BS degree, preferably in English or Journalism
• FINRA Series 24 with either Series 16 or Series 87 licenses required
