FINRA Licensed Retirement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant to support new adopter sales and onboarding in the PEO market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support adopters in selecting plan design options and collecting necessary prior plan documents
• Provide consultation to existing employers for plan amendments and prepare plan design illustrations
• Build relationships with key plan professionals and collaborate with internal teams to support customer retention and growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan market, preferably in account management or plan design consultation
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses required within established timelines
• Understanding of retirement plan pricing
• Experience with MEP, PEP, and/or PEO market preferred
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing a sales pipeline preferred
