Job Summary
A company is looking for a SVP, Head of Institutional Retirement Plan Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic vision and operational plans for the Retirement Plan Services Sales organization
- Drive sales team productivity and develop marketing strategies to enhance profitability
- Provide executive management with insights and recommendations based on market analysis and financial performance
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the retirement plan services market
- 5+ years in senior management and strategy roles
- Proven ability to manage a distribution system and develop strategic initiatives
- FINRA S6 and S63 licenses required
- Demonstrated experience in P&L management is a plus
