Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP, Head of Institutional Retirement Plan Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic vision and operational plans for the Retirement Plan Services Sales organization
  • Drive sales team productivity and develop marketing strategies to enhance profitability
  • Provide executive management with insights and recommendations based on market analysis and financial performance
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in the retirement plan services market
  • 5+ years in senior management and strategy roles
  • Proven ability to manage a distribution system and develop strategic initiatives
  • FINRA S6 and S63 licenses required
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L management is a plus
