Job Summary

To drive strategic sales initiatives, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Retirement Sales Executive will manage the sales cycle for 401(k) Retirement Plan Services targeting small and mid-market clients, leveraging an established professional network to develop relationships and negotiate terms.

Key responsibilities
  • Develops a sales pipeline through networking, conferences, and building relationships with consultants and sponsors
  • Manages all aspects of the sales cycle, including proposal development, sales strategy execution, and negotiation of final terms
  • Builds effective working relationships with internal partners and leverages sales support resources throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
  • An established and extensive professional network within the assigned geographical territory
  • A demonstrated track record of success in developing a sales pipeline in the small and mid-market segment
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses
