Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, RIA Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls regarding product types, investment information, and financial processing requests
• Provide subject matter expertise for internal platforms and assist in training new staff
• Identify and resolve operational and compliance issues while improving processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Holds Series 7 or is a subject matter expert in specific processing functions
• Knowledge of the managed account industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
