Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of multiple systems, products, and services
• Provide subject matter expertise for third-party investment platforms
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions for increased productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Finance or Business discipline preferred
• 0-1 years of relevant client service experience
• Interest in the wealth management/managed account industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth management experience is a plus
