Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of FINRA-registered representatives
  • Evaluate, hire, onboard, and train new sales talent
  • Drive revenue by improving sales processes and ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 24 license (required)
  • Proven experience leading commission-based sales teams in financial services
  • Background in selling complex financial products
  • Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing salespeople
  • Active FINRA licenses required for supervisory roles, including Series 7 and 63
