Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 24 license (required)
- Proven experience leading commission-based sales teams in financial services
- Background in selling complex financial products
- Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing salespeople
- Active FINRA licenses required for supervisory roles, including Series 7 and 63
