Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales, US to lead institutional and enterprise client acquisition across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue generation for the US business, focusing on institutional, corporate, and fund issuer clients
  • Source and manage a pipeline of private market opportunities including digital fund issuances and tokenized assets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, asset managers, and private market participants
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of institutional or enterprise sales experience in capital markets, fintech, or asset management
  • Requisite FINRA Licensing (S7, S63, S24 & S79 at a minimum)
  • Deep understanding of private markets, alternative investments, or digital asset products
  • Proven track record of originating and closing complex B2B or institutional deals
  • Strong understanding of securities regulations (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+, etc.)
