Job Summary

A company is looking for a FINRA Licensed Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, direct, and lead a sales team to engage customers in fiduciary/best interests conversations, grow and retain relationships, and deliver superior customer experience
  • Ensure adherence to FINRA supervisory guidelines and procedures
  • Achieve asset retention, sales production, and customer satisfaction goals for the team and the organization

Required Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • Licensure in Series 63, 7, 65/66, 24designation
  • Strong sales and customer relationship experience
  • Full adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards
  • Ability to coach, build a team, and understand the relationship between organizational strategy and business plan components
