Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Wealth Consolidation Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee service metrics to ensure adherence to SLAs and funding targets
• Lead hiring and headcount planning in collaboration with leadership teams
• Direct U.S. funding teams to ensure compliance and superior service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in people leadership within a service-oriented environment
• FINRA Series 6/26 required; Series 7/24 permitted
• Expertise in wealth management operations, including money movement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, including Salesforce
