FINRA Licensed Senior Director

Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy for client retention and growth, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Senior Director will manage a nationally distributed team, drive business development initiatives, and enhance the client experience within Empower Personal Wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead managers and associates across various technology platforms to meet performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement of the client experience through coaching and service enhancements
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing managers and advisors while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, and Series 65 (or 66) registrations required
• 7+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, particularly as a "manager of managers.
• Strong operational and organizational leadership skills in financial services
• Extensive knowledge of investment products and advisory services
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
