Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager Workplace Planning & Advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Senior Consultants providing personalized retirement guidance and fiduciary advice
• Monitor performance in areas such as managed account enrollment and participant satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment of staffing and business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 required (Series 9/10 acceptable substitute for 24)
• 4+ years of experience in financial services or retirement planning
• 2+ years of experience in people leadership or team coaching preferred
• Strong understanding of retirement planning tools and investment concepts
