Job Summary

Leading a team of Workplace Planning Consultants, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Senior Manager will oversee the delivery of entry-level advice and education to participants, ensuring effective onboarding and consistent advice quality while fostering individual growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team providing education and fiduciary advice to plan participants
• Manage onboarding, development, and performance plans to enhance team proficiency
• Supervise participant interactions to ensure compliance and quality in advice delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 required (Series 9/10 acceptable substitute for 24); Series 63/65 permissible
• 3+ years of financial services or Workplace Planning & Advice experience
• 1-2 years of leadership or coaching experience preferred
• Familiarity with qualified plan types, IRAs, and advice delivery processes
