Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract FINRA Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and execute sourcing strategies
• Screen and interview candidates, maintaining a pipeline of prospective talent
• Facilitate the offer process and build relationships with candidates throughout the selection process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with sourcing FINRA licensed candidates is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
