Job Summary
Leading sales pursuits for mid-market public companies, the full-time FINRA Licensed Stock Plan Executive will drive growth in Fidelity's Stock Plan Services by delivering compelling demonstrations, collaborating across functions, and enhancing team processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Strategize and deliver compelling demonstrations of Fidelity's capabilities to prospective clients
- Collaborate with leaders across multiple functions to ensure consistent client and associate experiences
- Enhance team skills and processes through mentorship and industry expertise
Required qualifications
- 5 years of institutional (business to business) sales experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Proven track record of sales success, particularly with pre-IPO companies
- Demonstrated effective sales process and strategic development skills
- High emotional intelligence and a strong desire to collaborate with teammates
