Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of National Supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise supervision functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory expectations
• Develop and execute comprehensive supervision strategies to identify and mitigate various risks
• Lead and manage high-performing teams while promoting a culture of compliance and operational excellence

Required Qualifications and Education

• College degree or equivalent industry experience required
• FINRA licenses: Series 7, 63/65 or 66, and 24 required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• 10+ years of industry and supervisory/risk management experience
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Strong strategic management and decision-making abilities
