Job Summary
Supporting top Advisors in a full-time capacity, the FINRA Licensed Support Specialist will manage inbound calls related to brokerage operations, explain policies, process transactions, and collaborate with team members while working onsite or remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and log inbound calls from Advisors regarding service-related issues
- Build strong relationships with Advisors and their assistants to ensure effective support
- Analyze and resolve issues independently while knowing when to escalate to management
Required qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the Osaic Advisor Support team or related areas
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience in the Financial Services sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong relationship management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
