Job Summary
To support top Advisors in a full-time capacity, the FINRA Licensed Support Specialist will manage inbound calls related to brokerage operations, explain policies and procedures, and process transactions while working collaboratively with team members and other business units, with the option to work remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and log inbound calls from Advisors regarding service-related issues
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with Advisors and their assistants
- Analyze problems and follow through to resolution, escalating issues when necessary
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an Advisor Support team or related financial services area
- 3-5 years of customer service experience in financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
