Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions, the part-time FINRA Licensed Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Leverage various sourcing techniques to maintain a robust and diverse candidate pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive recruitment metrics to meet key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and high-volume recruiting experience
• Proven success managing high requisition loads (30+ open roles) in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interview, assessment, and candidate conversion skills with a focus on speed and quality
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong offer-negotiation capabilities
• Comfort working with metrics, candidate data, and pipeline reporting in ATS platforms
