Job Summary
To support end users effectively, the full-time salaried FINRA Licensed Technology Specialist will manage the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring compliance with service level agreements while driving continuous improvement and collaboration across internal teams and external partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure services and solutions meet business needs and exceed expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely delivery of high-quality services
- Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, account management, or technical customer support roles
- Knowledge of industry-standard service delivery methodologies
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry, with broker-dealer experience preferred
- B.S. or B.A. degree preferred but not required
- FINRA licensure preferred
