FINRA Licensed Trading Operations Associate
Job Summary
Providing high-quality support to enterprise-level clients, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Trading Operations Associate will address issues related to order entry, execution, and trade surveillance while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and enhance client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support to clients through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to account management and order processing
- Monitor client accounts for anomalies and provide timely alerts and market insights
- Collaborate with trading desks, IT, and compliance teams to efficiently address client issues and gather feedback for service improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or a related field
- Proven experience with trading platforms and equities trading, with familiarity in FIX protocol
- Possession of FINRA series 7, 63, or local equivalent, or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in another language such as French, German, or Arabic being a plus
