FINRA Licensed Training Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Training & Program Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the new hire training program for support staff across multiple affiliation models
• Design, update, and maintain training materials, and assess learner progress to measure training effectiveness
• Create executive summaries for senior leadership after each training cohort and maintain accurate records of training activities

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry
• 3+ years of experience working directly with financial advisors, branch, and home office support teams
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance (preferred)
