Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP, Training & Program Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the new hire training program for support staff across multiple affiliation models
- Design, update, and maintain training materials, and assess learner progress to measure training effectiveness
- Create executive summaries for senior leadership after each training cohort and maintain accurate records of training activities
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in the financial industry
- 3+ years of experience working directly with financial advisors, branch, and home office support teams
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance (preferred)
