Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Transitions Administrative Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the administrative transition experience for financial advisors and their teams
• Build strong relationships with advisors, providing leadership during high-stakes transitions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of transition processes

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 66, or equivalent licensure
• 3+ years of experience in leading or coordinating advisor onboarding or transition experiences in financial services
• 5+ years of experience in a wealth management and brokerage environment
• 5+ years of experience working with financial advisors and branch teams
