FINRA Licensed Value Stream Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value Stream Owner to define and execute the strategic roadmap for a designated value stream.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, prioritization, and management of the Value Stream roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to size, scope, and sequence initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for decisions related to the value stream's scope and priorities

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in the recordkeeping or financial services industry
• 6-8 years of experience within software development frameworks, preferably Agile, Scrum, or SAFe
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• FINRA fingerprinting required
