FINRA Licensed Volume Recruiter

Job Summary

To support rapid growth, the full-time FINRA Licensed Volume Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions, utilizing creative sourcing strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, while working remotely with a preference for candidates near Valley Forge, PA, Scottsdale, AZ, or Charlotte, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruitment for high-volume requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Leverage active and passive sourcing techniques to maintain a diverse candidate pipeline
• Conduct structured high-volume candidate interviews and partner with onboarding teams to navigate licensing requirements

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and high-volume recruiting experience
• Proven success managing high requisition loads (30+ open roles) in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interview, assessment, and candidate conversion skills focused on speed and quality
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong offer-negotiation capabilities
• Comfort working with metrics, candidate data, and pipeline reporting in ATS platforms
