Job Summary

To drive sales growth and enhance productivity, the remote FINRA Licensed VP New Agent Development will lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents while ensuring their long-term success through strategic program development and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and integrate all aspects of new agent development, including recruiting, onboarding, and training
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with growth goals
  • Establish and manage key performance metrics to assess agent success and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in recruiting or agency development within insurance or financial services
  • Strong understanding of recruiting economics and pipeline metrics
  • Experience designing scalable programs that enhance agent performance
  • Expertise in adult learning and modern training approaches
