Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Client Relationship Management, Government Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for client and advisor satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth of the Government Market book of business
• Drive the Government-market strategy and partner with the organization to create a consistent service model
• Provide leadership and negotiation support for client RFP, re-pricing, and sales activity

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the Retirement industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• In-depth knowledge of Retirement solutions with health and wealth product knowledge a plus
• Strong leadership skills with experience in growing a high-performance team
• FINRA 7 or 6 and 26 license required
