Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Planning Consultant to provide personalized education and advice on retirement plan options.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one conversations with plan participants regarding retirement readiness and financial wellness
• Offer advice on contribution strategies, investment allocations, and distribution options
• Manage interactions through various communication channels and maintain detailed participant records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required within corporate-established timelines
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• 1+ years of experience in financial services, customer service, or call center environments
• Knowledge of qualified plan types and IRA rollover processes preferred
