FINRA Licensed Workplace Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Planning Consultant to provide guidance on retirement savings options to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life moments
• Discuss and align available account options, such as 401K and IRAs, with customers' retirement savings goals
• Educate customers on retirement plan specifics and deepen their relationship with the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in performance/goal-oriented roles, preferably in asset growth and retention
• Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within specified timelines
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and independently
• Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills
