Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Planning Consultant to support customers at key life moments regarding their retirement savings goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers about their employer-sponsored retirement accounts
• Discuss account options like 401K and IRAs to align with customers' retirement savings goals
• Educate customers on their retirement plans and deepen their relationship with the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in performance/goal-oriented roles, preferably in asset growth and retention
• Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain them within established timelines
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and independently
• Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills
