Job Summary
Delivering comprehensive retirement and financial wellness advice, the full-time remote FINRA Licensed Workplace Consultant will guide participants through key decision points in employer-sponsored plans while cultivating relationships and achieving sales and service goals.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships through personalized service and respond to plan-related inquiries
- Educate customers on distribution options and the benefits of participation in retirement plans
- Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals while utilizing innovative tools for retirement planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments
- FINRA 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations required
- Good understanding of IRAs and retirement investment products/services
- Experience managing multiple priorities and handling stressful situations
