FINRA Licensed Workplace Planning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workplace Planning Consultant to support customers with their retirement savings goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance over the phone regarding employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life moments
• Discuss available account options, including 401K and IRAs, to support customers' retirement savings goals
• Educate customers on their retirement plans and deepen their relationship with the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in performance/goal-oriented roles related to asset growth and retention
• Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within established timelines
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently
• Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills
