Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Partner Consultant to join their Retirement Plan Services organization in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex implementation plans to meet client service needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to strengthen implementation plans and maintain relationships
- Advocate for clients to influence key projects and initiatives while providing training and consultation on processes and services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in retirement plan administration or operations preferred
- FINRA Series 6 license at the time of hire is preferred
