- Actively listen to and resolve client inquiries while providing emotional support

- Manage inbound client inquiries and process transactions accurately and efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services required
- Experience in a contact center environment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook required
- FINRA Series 6 license and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred
