Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services required
  • Experience in a contact center environment required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook required
  • FINRA Series 6 license and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred
