Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Professional to deliver top-tier service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively listen to and resolve client inquiries while providing emotional support
• Advocate for policyholders' needs and ensure concerns are addressed promptly
• Manage inbound client inquiries and process transactions accurately and efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services required
• Experience in a contact center environment required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook required
• FINRA Series 6 license and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred
