Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time FINRA Series 6 or 7 Support Representative will assist clients with investment and retirement products, handle inquiries regarding account servicing, and process transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for investment and retirement products, including mutual funds and brokerage accounts
- Respond to inquiries about account balances, transactions, and general account servicing
- Process transactions and resolve client requests related to account activity and trade status
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Active FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services or brokerage operations
- Basic understanding of investment products and securities regulations
- Prior call center or high-volume client service experience preferred
