Job Summary
Excited about contributing to a dynamic team, the remote FINRA Series 7 Client Service Associate will assist clients and broker partners with service needs, process operational requests, and resolve client issues while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients and broker partners as the first point of contact for service needs and issues
- Submit and process operational requests, including funds distributions and account updates
- Research and respond to client issues related to form submissions and transfers
Required qualifications
- One to two years of experience in the securities industry
- FINRA Series 7 license
- Experience with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations
- Basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
