Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time FINRA Series 7 Client Service Representative will engage with over 11,000 Financial Professionals, providing administrative and sales support while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions
- Assist in the account opening process and maintain electronic client files
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-level service and responsiveness
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- FINRA Series 7 License preferred
- Prior customer service experience in financial services is advantageous
- Strong ability to learn and apply new information quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
