FINRA Series 7 Licensed Client Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to engage with customers in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions
• Assist in the account opening process and ensure accuracy of paperwork
• Maintain electronic client files and documentation while providing high levels of service

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Bachelor's degree preferred or significant experience in lieu of degree
• FINRA Series 7 License preferred
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in financial services is preferred
